The Process:

1. Free Consultation (30 minutes, online or in person)

2. Intake ($95)

Options for clients only:

Check Ins ($35 per session/45 minutes)
Talk Sessions ($35 per session/ 45 minutes)

Cost of any herbal formulas will be separate.

STEP 1 - FREE 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION This can be in person or online. The free consultation allows us the chance to get to know each other. In this session, we will chat, allowing me to understand what you are looking for and covering what it is I do. No obligation, just a chat

STEP 2 - INTAKE ($95) After the consultation, if you choose to proceed forms will be provided for you to complete and we will schedule your intake. The intake will take from 1HR to 1HR 30 min. We will discuss what you listed on the form in further detail. After the intake, I will do research to build out your plan and any formulas. Once complete, we will meet again to discuss the plan and formulas in full. This is all included in the $95. Please note, the formulas are a seperate cost.

CHECK INS ($35 per session/45 minutes) ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CURRENT CLIENTS Check ins are to discuss how the formula, plan and everything is working for you. How it is feeling in your body. Any changes you are noticing. It is a chance for us to discuss anything you would like to cover. This is to ensure that your plan is working for you and allows us to adjust it where needed.

TALK SESSIONS ($35 per session/45 minutes) ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CURRENT CLIENTS This is for you to talk through anything that is on your mind. I will not provide guidance or any thoughts, but will just listen. Sometimes just speaking the things that have been on your mind can be helpful.
